Vintage Gold Metal Embossed/Enameled Footed Jewelry/Trinket Box

This vintage Japanese jewelry & trinket box has ornate scroll in high relief and the original red velvet lining.
Originally this was a music box.
I can appreciate that someone took the time to replace a broken leg with this screw, see photo.

It is 2.5 inches high, 4 inches deep and 6 inches wide.
